The wind blew hard on Whisky's soft red coat, the ground below her paws felt cool and harsh. She felt alone and cold, there was no were for her to go...no one to turn to...not now anyways. Whisky's story was one of those stories that you just rather not stumble upon, but the jagged truth once and a great while would leak out of her canines. Her eyes flashed a lost look at the sun that was now settling into a deep slumber below a hill. Whisky was starting to pick up on different scents, they were far off but they smelled of something with delight.
One thing that could only have that amazing smell...could...it be food? The corners of her jaws began to leak with slobber...pull yourself together Whisky keep your cool she thought to herself as she began to speed up into a trot. Whisky's movement was amazing, it was very obvious that she had an amazing breed background. Her nose layed low to the ground, a whimper escaped her muzzle...she was getting very frustrated. "I smell it but were is it...I must be imaging things," said Whisky to herself.
She slowed down to a stop and sat on her haunches, it was hopeless...out here in the middle of who knows where. "So this is how my amazing life ends up," said Whisky to herself once more in a sweet scented voice.

Santo I'm not broken..... You could see me from a distance even when I want to be hidden you would see me stand out from the rest. But in figure you would always find me....in soul being another story. I was one to respect and love. Share kindness even with none in return. But that goes back with me long...somtimes loosing my patients with things and finding the other side of me. Rarely would you ever see that side. As I would never let you see it. I was one that once betrayed , you better get out of my face before I kill you. If you want to test me be my guest but don't press your limits or you'll wish you never took the risk. I was a Light yes. But I'm no idiot. No matter what those damn darks say. I can be just as bad. But I choose not to. I'm better then that. I have self control...and I'm ready to show anyone who wonders if its true.
My tall yet muscular figure roamed through the parts of this area. Haven't been around here before but I was ready to move on from the terra that I live in, and own. I flickered my long dappled plume behind me as I cared a scrawny cat in my jaws, that I had hunted not to long ago. I dropped it and quickly ate it, sniffing the passing breeze that held the aroma of one femme. I pricked my flapped down auds in the direction where barks in a self conversation could be heard. Cold yet gleaming gaze scanned over until I saw one with a thicker coat then mine. None to reach my height...nobody ever has how ever. I picked up my frame and walked over to her casually. In a few steps already making my presences there. Though, I did stop my nerance from the beautiful female, a distance and stood there wagging my banner behind me lightly telling her I was friendly.
Trust me I have encountered some aggressive bitches and dogs in my life time. But what ever. I lived through all of them. I twitched my ears behind me, shaking my thin coat against the cool breeze that brushed up my spine. Greetings vixen. I am Santo, alliance of a Light...care to share your calling? I barked in my deep booming voice letting my silver gaze land casually on her. I smiled a handsome smile. I had charm of my own that I was willing to share with anyone that was wanting to accept it. Yes, I had been rejected many times in my life but lets not speak about such disgrace. Beautiful memories live inside me. Nobody ever sticking long enough with me to make more. In my past two years of traveling alone realizing how other have there world and thanking everyone who was once in mine for making my life so great. I have been forced to fight with other dogs...but then again if I hadn't I wouldn't be here right now. My humans loved me....loved me until there two legged pups died. I smiled slightly at the thoughts of the human pups. They used to play with me alot and brush me. But that was far gone...time to put that behind me now.

It wasnt the best feeling in the world to be alone, the cold you feel in your heart...and the part that seemed to never want to heal. She missed her family...I guess you could call them that although to many they would probably say that family was no name deserving of them. Whisky shuddered the thought to the back of her mind, the sun was almost snuggled into a warm quilt of blue-ish black sky. Whisky's eyes gave a curious twinkle as a new secent hit her nose. One of her soft ears twitched, and finally she turned her elegant neck to see another dog.
He seemed to be built like a brick wall, she got on all four feet and looked him over. Whisky wanted to be completley sure that he was someone that could be trusted. The smile that glided onto his face won it for her. "Its a pleasure to meet you Santo," barked Whisky in a wim-sical vocal. "My name is Whisky, I have no home...do you,"asked Whisky with a delightful wonderment danceing threw her eyes, like a wildfire that could never be tamed.
She still stood on all fours, ready for anything. Whisky took in the many smells that was included with Santon. She had never really met a male before, Whisky had always been taught to fear dogs. bitches well they were ok, her mother had stated before she had kicked Whisky out. She then shook her soft coat and decided to advance closer towards the dog that stood infront of her now.

I'm not broken..... Crown dipped to one side at her greeting with respect. Nice to meet you too Whisky. Yes I do have a home. I am King of Dendark. he woofed in his deep booming vocals. The female seemed like a good natured one. One that seems pure in her own being, that is actually willing to be a part of his pack. Though he would not point it out right away. Maybe she was lost, or pherpahs looking to meet someone new. Santo not being the one to be always nosy about such things. His mind asked him allot of questions on the beautiful female though he would not ask them right now. He did not want to seem rude as Santo was not your type of dog to make you feel bad. He had a soul that was as gold as the sun and will always remain that way.
He examined her actions carefully as she seemed to not fully trust him. Maybe it was his size...or his orbs. Who knew. He kept his long dappled banner wagging behind him a she neared him. Tilting his head he didn't take no action until she was close enough to touch. Lowering his boa he let his nose softly fall upon her cheek in greeting. Its okay..I wont hurt you. he woofed just to make things clear that he was no rapist or anything like that. He smiled his soft smile looking at her directly with strange silver orbs. Something so beautiful is brought to have a home....cant imagine why you don't, he added giving his Great Dane body a shake as he settled back down to observe her. If you have no home, you are welcome to come back with me to mine. I am looking for back members currently, sorta wishing that you would be m first one. he woofed shyly to the female letting out another smile to cover it over.

Whisky felt her muscle's loosen up, as she got used to everything about this huge Santo. She wagged as much of a tail that she had left, in a very happy manner. Whisky was now alot more comfortable then she was at first. A king, well I guess he does have home...are real one thought Wisky to herself. She watched as Santo wagged is big jump rope like tail, Whisky put a smile upon her soft coated muzzle. "Well I really haven't had a chance to get to know anyone else, so I guess that would be one reason I don't have a home yet," barked Whisky sadly. She then felt his muzzle nudge her friendly to show that he respected her.
She was happy to have encountered such a nice dog, some of them usually would take advantage of a female...be he hadn't. Really...she could go back with him and be part of a pack, right then she could have jumped up and down like a jack-Russel with springs on her paws. "Really, that would be amazing if I could go back with you," barked Whisky with an intense vocal that seemed to ring with happiness. "I mean you don't have to do that, you might not want me around," said Whisky drooping her head somley.

I'm not broken..... Folded over ears flickered toward her direction. Oh, no...you are more then welcome to stay. Though it is your choice to come along. He barked shaking his coat again as he felt himself get damped by the mist that fell over from the rain. I don't force anyone to come along with me...I'm not that kind of dog, he added looking down the dark ally to see a group of dogs run around wildly barking and snapping there jaws. He narrowed his eyes with slight disgust turning his crown back on the fea. He like to have his fun but not like that. How foolish they looked.
He took in the females scent taking in her feelings along with them. From what it looked like it really did seem as if she was glad Santo had told her the thing about her pack, but something made him think if she really thought herself in a pack. He had meant many females who had never been in a pack. Primarily, born to a lone female he was forced out of the pack for safety issues or worse, thrown to one side. He flickered his banner to clear his thoughts and looked toward her. Saying nothing he simply waited for a moment words to come. Would you care to join? he asked her in silk soft tones his orbs burning into hers with respect and questioning.
